Course outline

Class 1 - What is CrossFit (Intro to rowing, air squats, sit ups, push ups and pull ups)

Class 2 - Why Strength? (Intro to front squats, back squats, the air bike, kettlebell swings and box jumps)

Class 3 - Nutrition (Intro to running, strict press, push press and the jerk)

Class 4 - Energy Systems (Intro to deadlifts and burpees)

Class 5 - 10 Physical Skills (Intro to overhead squats, snatch and wall ball)

Class 6 - Scaling and Modifications (Intro to cleans, lunges and wall walks)

Class 7 - Making progress and joining classes (Learn to kip)

The cost is $160 plus GST for the course . At the end of the course, you will receive a 50 percent discount on your first month’s membership if decide to sign up.
