The best way to learn whether CrossFit is right for you is to jump in and try a class to see if you enjoy yourself.

And why is having fun important?

The most effective fitness program is the one you do consistently - and if you look forward to your hour at the gym every day you are WAY more likely to be consistent in your workouts.

What to Expect

Click the above button, sign up for a free class and then pick any class on the schedule that works for you. Please arrive to the gym about 10 minutes early. Wear comfortable, breathable clothes and bring a water bottle.

You will be guided through a group warm up, all movements will be explained to you and your coach will help you determine how to modify the workout of the day to meet you where you are at with your current level of fitness.

Please let the coach know of any pre-existing injuries or health-related issues we should be aware of to help you participate in the class.
